When did you join Fitaholic?

I joined Fitaholic in January 2022.

What were your goals when joining Fitaholic?

I started a new job working mostly remote and wanted to add some activity to my daily routine.

What was your exercise routine like before joining?

I didn’t have a set workout routine and wasn’t a member of a different gym. I lead a fairly active lifestyle but things definitely slowed down when I started working from home.

What body transformation results have you achieved?

I’ve lost 8.4% body fat and 13.4 pounds of body fat mass and have gained 6.7 pounds of muscle mass! I have continued to see steady improvements across all of my InBody [body composition] numbers as time has gone on.

What non-scale victory(ies) have you been most excited about throughout this journey?

There have been a lot but overall just feeling stronger both physically and mentally.

What are you most proud of about your transformation / fitness journey?

I am most proud of myself for trying something new and sticking with it, for the progress that I have made, for how I have continued to show up for myself and how I have pushed to challenge myself in my fitness journey!

What’s your ‘why’? What gets you to the gym most days?

The results that I have seen so far motivate me to continue pushing to get stronger and continue seeing my results improve.

What keeps you as a member at Fitaholic?

The overall environment is what keeps me coming back. The trainers are motivating and the workout programs offer a good variety which helps keep me challenged and engaged. The classes are fun, they play great music and they go by quick! The Fitaholic team and other members are encouraging and welcoming–going to my workout every day has become a part of my routine that I genuinely look forward to!

What advice would you give someone who is thinking about joining the club, but hasn’t quite joined yet?

It can be scary to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new, especially group fitness. I was intimidated to start at first as I had no idea what to expect, but now I couldn’t be happier that I joined. For me the most important part of finding success in the gym has been consistency. Keep showing up even when it gets hard and you don’t feel like going, you will never regret showing up for yourself. It truly has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself and I would recommend Fitaholic to everyone.
