Water. H₂O. The good stuff!
We all know that we need to hydrate…
But how much water should we drink?
As a Certified Nutrition Coach, a simple equation I like to use to find the minimum number of ounces you should be drinking in a day is to take your body weight and divide it in half.
For example, if you weigh 120 pounds: 120 / 2 = 60. So I would aim to drink 60 oz of water a day at a minimum.
