That’s exactly why we created our new 30-Minute Intro to Strength Training class at Fitaholic: a welcoming, no-pressure environment where beginners can learn fundamentals, build confidence, and take that first step toward getting stronger.

A Smarter Way to Start Strength Training

Walking into a gym for the first time (or the first time in a while) can come with a lot of questions:

  • What exactly is that?
  • How do I start?
  • Am I doing this right?

This class is designed to answer all of those questions in just 30 minutes and teach you the core strength moves that will help you walk into any Fitaholic workout with confidence!

In this class, we slow things down and focus on:

  • Correct positioning
  • Controlled movement
  • Muscle engagement
  • Safe progression

The Core 10 Moves You’ll Learn

In this Intro class, we focus on the basics—because when your foundation is strong, everything else becomes easier. You’ll learn proper form, technique, and setup for the 10 exercises that are the building blocks of our strength-based group fitness classes in Blaine, MN. 

Perfect for Beginners (and Anyone Who Wants a Reset)

Whether you’ve never lifted weights before, it’s been years since you’ve stepped into a gym, or you just want to refine your technique before jumping into one of our group fitness classes—this class meets you where you’re at.

No experience needed. No pressure to “keep up.” Just a supportive environment where you can learn and get comfortable with one of our certified group fitness instructors!
